這本書是很好的引導指南！

它編寫了50項職場必備技能，

讓我覺得比較容易理解 記住。

我推薦書中的「思維」領域，

它幫我複習了如何設定目標、解決問題、以及進行創意思考。

這些技能在課業和職場上都非常重要。

例如，在學習「目標設定」技能時，

書中提到要將目標SMART化，

也就是

具體（Specific）、

可衡量（Measurable）、

可達成（Attainable）、

相關（Relevant）、

有時限（Time-bound）。

另外，我也很喜歡書中的「人際關係」領域，

它輔導了我如何與他人溝通、合作、

以及建立良好的職場關係。

這些技能在職場上非常重要，

可以幫助我們更好地融入團隊，

並與同事建立良好的合作關係。

例如，在學習「溝通」技能時，

書中提到要做到「換位思考」，

也就是站在對方的立場思考問題。

我將這個方法應用到自己的人際交往中，

幫助我認識到 懂我的優點 的優質女性

結論，我認為這本書是一本滿實用的職場指南，

值得高中高職大學女生一讀。

它可以幫助我們提前了解職場必備技能，

做好職涯規劃，

並在職場上取得成功。
